4. Advisory Fees

Payment to Sora is for advisory services only. Fees are non-refundable once research and advisory work has commenced. Sora is not responsible for any payments you make to third-party providers.

5. Travel Insurance

You are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance before booking. Sora accepts no liability for costs arising from cancellations, delays, missed connections, illness, lost luggage, or other travel disruptions.

9. Passports, Visas and Travel Documents

You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold valid passports, visas, health documents, and any other requirements for travel. Sora accepts no liability if you are unable to travel due to missing or incorrect documentation.

10. Special Requests

Any requests such as accessibility needs, dietary requirements, or room preferences must be raised directly with the provider at the time of booking. Sora may highlight such requests in our advice but do not guarantee they will be fulfilled.

11. Traveller Information

You are responsible for providing Sora with accurate details, such as travel dates, preferences, and budget. We accept no liability for errors or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided to us

12. Complaints

Complaints relating to flights, accommodation, or other travel services must be directed to the provider. Sora may offer guidance but is not responsible for resolving disputes with third-party suppliers.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
